So many opportunities to give up are provided at every step of the way.

It’s just like waking up late(when the generator has been put off) to fetch water from a tap which flows only when the pumping machine is powered by the generator, and you have 4 empty buckets.

So you tell yourself that even if you can just fetch one bucket, you’ll be glad. And truthfully, the water’s flow begins to reduce as the bucket gets filled, but it doesn’t stop flowing.

You fill up that one successfully and decide to get the second bucket half-filled(if possible). It turns out better than “possible” as the second bucket not only gets half-filled but fills to the brim.
And the third, then the fourth.

Even though the flow of water kept reducing with each bucket, all four of them got filled eventually with the hope of filling just one and the water did not stop flowing. Infact, the tap had to be put off to stop the flow.

Never give up hope, even though you have logical explanations and reasons to do so.
Hang onto that little ray of hope.
Exhaust all your options.
Fight till the end.
