Episode 6(Finale)
It was day 3 since the accident. Charisma had done an X-ray of her leg and it showed no fracture. Also the CT scan of her brain showed no brain insult and no skull fracture. The neck pain had resolved and she was able to move her neck more freely now. She was doing real good. Her mum had brought her favorite meal, pounded yam and vegetable soup with lots of meat and she had eaten to her heart’s content.
Harry, the other young man had surgery which was successful and he was responding well to treatment.
While on the hospital bed, she had had time to reflect on her life and the choices she had made, she resolved to stand by her decisions and not let anyone ill-treat her into dropping her standards and whoever could not take it could leave, it will be their loss definitely.
She was discharged from the hospital on the 5th day to visit the clinic for checkup in a week’s time, she hoped to pay a visit to her new found friend Ifeanyi. Who knows, something beautiful may come out of it.
